Action Steps for Kids
1. Be Thankful:
Take a moment each day to thank God for something specific. It could be your family, friends, or something exciting that happened during the day.
2. Seek Divine Instruction:
Spend time reading a short Bible story or verse each day. Talk to your parents or a trusted adult about what you learned and how it applies to your life.
3. Understand God's Blessing:
Create a "Blessings Jar" where you write or draw something you're thankful for each day on a slip of paper and put it in the jar. Review the blessings together as a family regularly.
5. Shine Your Light:
Make a small flashlight craft with the message "Jesus is the Light." Whenever you use the flashlight, remember that you can be a light by being kind and helpful to others.
